1. 30-day refund policy

You may request a refund within 30 days from the date your order is delivered.

To request a refund, contact contact@saintvellan.com and provide your order information and a photograph of the product.

Under our voluntary 30-day refund policy, a refund may be approved where:

  1. the product arrived damaged;
  2. you received an incorrect item; or
  3. you are dissatisfied with the product and notify us within the 30-day period, together with a photograph of the product.

This voluntary policy does not limit any statutory consumer rights that apply to you.

2. No physical return required

Saint Vellan does not require customers to physically return products after a refund request has been approved.

Do not send products to our business correspondence address or to any other address.

Once a refund has been approved, you may keep or dispose of the item, and we will process the refund without requiring shipment of the product back to us.

3. Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Once the refund has been issued by Saint Vellan, your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may take up to 10 business days to reflect the refund on your account or statement.

If more than 10 business days have passed after we confirm that a refund was issued, please contact your bank or card issuer first. You may also contact us at contact@saintvellan.com.

4. Items not eligible under our voluntary refund policy

The following items are not eligible for refund under Saint Vellan's voluntary 30-day refund policy:

  1. personalised or customised products;
  2. gift cards.

This exclusion does not limit any mandatory rights provided by applicable consumer protection law, including rights relating to defective, damaged, incorrectly supplied, or misdescribed goods.

5. European Union consumers

Consumers located in the European Union who enter into a distance contract generally have a statutory right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods, without providing a reason. Personalised or clearly made-to-order goods may be excluded from this statutory withdrawal right.

Saint Vellan extends its voluntary refund request period to 30 days, but the first 14 days remain subject to the consumer's statutory withdrawal rights where applicable.

During the statutory 14-day withdrawal period:

  1. you do not need to provide a reason for withdrawing;
  2. a photograph is not required to exercise the statutory right of withdrawal;
  3. Saint Vellan waives the requirement to physically return the goods;
  4. after a valid withdrawal, you may keep or dispose of the goods;
  5. reimbursement will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed;
  6. Saint Vellan will initiate the reimbursement without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving a valid withdrawal notice;
  7. where a delivery charge was paid, the amount corresponding to the least expensive Standard Delivery option offered for the order will be reimbursed where required by law;
  8. if you selected Express Delivery or another delivery method costing more than the least expensive Standard Delivery option, the additional delivery cost is not required to be reimbursed.

The time taken by your financial institution to display the refund after it has been issued may be up to 10 business days.

6. United Kingdom consumers

Consumers in the United Kingdom purchasing goods online generally have a statutory right to cancel their order within 14 days after delivery without giving a reason, subject to applicable statutory exceptions, including certain customised or bespoke goods.

For a valid statutory cancellation:

  1. no photograph is required;
  2. Saint Vellan waives physical return of the goods;
  3. the customer may keep or dispose of the goods after cancellation is confirmed;
  4. reimbursement will be issued using the original payment method;
  5. reimbursement will be processed within the time required by applicable UK consumer law;
  6. where a delivery charge was paid, the cost of the least expensive Standard Delivery option offered for the order will be reimbursed where required by law;
  7. any additional amount paid for Express Delivery or another premium delivery option above the cost of Standard Delivery is not required to be reimbursed.

These rights exist independently from Saint Vellan's voluntary 30-day refund policy.

7. Widerrufsbelehrung für Verbraucher in Deutschland

Widerrufsrecht

Sie haben das Recht, binnen vierzehn Tagen ohne Angabe von Gründen diesen Vertrag zu widerrufen.

Die Widerrufsfrist beträgt vierzehn Tage ab dem Tag, an dem Sie oder ein von Ihnen benannter Dritter, der nicht der Beförderer ist, die Ware in Besitz genommen haben beziehungsweise hat.

Um Ihr Widerrufsrecht auszuüben, müssen Sie uns mittels einer eindeutigen Erklärung über Ihren Entschluss informieren, diesen Vertrag zu widerrufen.

Die oben genannte Anschrift dient der Entgegennahme von Widerrufserklärungen und rechtlicher Korrespondenz. Waren müssen nicht an diese Anschrift gesendet werden.

Zur Wahrung der Widerrufsfrist reicht es aus, dass Sie die Mitteilung über die Ausübung des Widerrufsrechts vor Ablauf der Widerrufsfrist absenden.

Folgen des Widerrufs

Wenn Sie diesen Vertrag widerrufen, erstatten wir alle von Ihnen erhaltenen Zahlungen, einschließlich gegebenenfalls der Kosten der günstigsten von uns angebotenen Standardlieferung, unverzüglich und spätestens binnen vierzehn Tagen ab dem Tag, an dem die Mitteilung über Ihren Widerruf bei uns eingegangen ist.

Zusätzliche Kosten, die dadurch entstehen, dass Sie eine andere Art der Lieferung als die von uns angebotene günstigste Standardlieferung gewählt haben, insbesondere Express Delivery, werden nicht erstattet, soweit gesetzlich zulässig.

Für die Rückzahlung verwenden wir dasselbe Zahlungsmittel, das Sie bei der ursprünglichen Transaktion eingesetzt haben, sofern nicht ausdrücklich etwas anderes vereinbart wurde.

Saint Vellan verzichtet auf die physische Rücksendung der Ware. Nach einem wirksamen Widerruf dürfen Sie die Ware behalten oder entsorgen. Es entstehen Ihnen keine Rücksendekosten.

Das Widerrufsrecht besteht insbesondere nicht bei Waren, die nach Kundenspezifikation angefertigt wurden oder eindeutig auf persönliche Bedürfnisse zugeschnitten sind, soweit die gesetzliche Ausnahme Anwendung findet.
