By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
1. Online store
Saint Vellan operates an online retail store offering clothing, footwear, accessories, and related consumer products.
Products sold through the Site may be fulfilled and shipped directly to customers from a third-party fulfilment supplier located in China.
LN DIGITAL BUSINESS LLC remains the seller responsible for the customer's purchase from Saint Vellan.
2. Eligibility
By placing an order, you confirm that you have legal capacity to enter into a binding purchase contract or that you are acting with the permission of a parent or legal guardian where required by law.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when placing an order.
3. Product information
We seek to display product descriptions, images, colours, sizes, materials, prices, and availability accurately.
Screen settings, lighting, photography, manufacturing variations, and other factors may cause minor differences in appearance.
Nothing in this section limits a consumer's rights where goods are materially different from their description, defective, incorrectly supplied, or otherwise subject to mandatory legal remedies.
4. Third-party trademarks
Any third-party names, trademarks, logos, or other intellectual property displayed in relation to a product remain the property of their respective owners.
The appearance of third-party intellectual property on the Site does not by itself constitute a statement that LN DIGITAL BUSINESS LLC is affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by the relevant trademark owner.
Saint Vellan will not knowingly make claims of authorised reseller status, sponsorship, affiliation, certification, or endorsement unless such claim is accurate and can be substantiated.
5. Prices and currencies
The Site's default language and currency are English and USD.
Because Saint Vellan uses market-specific storefront settings, prices and shipping charges may be displayed in a local currency based on the customer's location or selected market.
The product price and applicable delivery charge displayed at checkout before the order is submitted are the amounts applicable to that order.
Currency-converted amounts may vary over time as exchange rates and market settings change.
All mandatory amounts charged by Saint Vellan are disclosed before the customer completes the purchase.
Applicable customs duties and import taxes for supported destinations are included as described in the Shipping Policy. Customers should not be required to pay undisclosed duties or import taxes upon delivery.
6. Orders
Submission of an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products.
An order is accepted when Saint Vellan confirms acceptance or begins fulfilment, subject to applicable consumer law.
We may cancel or refuse an order where reasonably necessary because of:
- product unavailability;
- incorrect or clearly erroneous pricing;
- suspected fraud or unauthorised payment;
- inability to fulfil the order;
- legal or regulatory restrictions.
If Saint Vellan cancels a paid order, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
7. Payment
Available payment methods are displayed at checkout.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the payment information provided is accurate and that they are authorised to use the selected payment method.

8. Shipping and delivery
Orders are normally processed within 1 to 2 business days before dispatch.
The following delivery options may be available at checkout:
Standard Tracked Delivery:
Estimated delivery within 6 to 10 business days after dispatch.
The total estimated timeframe from order placement is generally 7 to 12 business days.
Available delivery methods and the applicable shipping charge are displayed at checkout before payment.
Shipping charges may be displayed in the local currency available for the customer's market. Currency-converted amounts may vary according to applicable exchange rates and market settings.
Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carrier operations, customs processing, public holidays, severe weather, address issues, local disruptions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Products are shipped directly from China through third-party fulfilment and logistics providers.
Products from the same order may be shipped in separate packages.

9. Returns, refunds, and withdrawal rights
Saint Vellan offers a voluntary 30-day refund request period beginning on the delivery date, subject to the Return and Refund Policy.
When Saint Vellan approves a refund under that policy, physical return of the product is not required.
Mandatory consumer rights, including statutory cancellation or withdrawal rights applicable in the European Union or United Kingdom, are not limited by these Terms.
If applicable consumer law requires reimbursement of the original delivery cost following a statutory cancellation, reimbursement is limited to the cost of the least expensive Standard Delivery option offered for the order. Additional amounts paid for Express Delivery or another premium delivery method are not required to be reimbursed where permitted by law.
10. Promotions and discount codes
Promotional offers, discount codes, and other incentives may be subject to specific conditions disclosed with the relevant offer.
Unless otherwise stated, promotions cannot be exchanged for cash and may be limited to qualifying products, customers, markets, or periods.
Nothing in a promotional condition limits mandatory consumer rights.
11. Website use
You must not use the Site:
- for unlawful or fraudulent purposes;
- to interfere with Site security or functionality;
- to introduce malicious code;
- to attempt unauthorised access to systems or data;
- to infringe the intellectual property or legal rights of another person;
- to submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
12. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the Site's original text, layout, branding, design elements, and other content owned by LN DIGITAL BUSINESS LLC are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Third-party trademarks and content remain subject to the rights of their respective owners.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Site.
Orders already accepted remain subject to the contractual and statutory rights applicable to them.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including mandatory consumer rights.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LN DIGITAL BUSINESS LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable at the time of contracting.
This limitation does not apply where prohibited by applicable consumer protection law.
15. Governing law
These Terms and contractual relationships with LN DIGITAL BUSINESS LLC are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
This choice of law does not deprive consumers of mandatory protections that cannot lawfully be waived under applicable law.
16. Disputes
Customers are encouraged to contact Saint Vellan first at contact@saintvellan.com so that a dispute can be addressed directly.
To the extent legally permitted, disputes not subject to mandatory consumer jurisdiction rules will be governed by applicable Delaware law and brought before a court with lawful jurisdiction over LN DIGITAL BUSINESS LLC.
Nothing in this section prevents a consumer from relying on mandatory jurisdiction rights available under applicable law.
17. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain effective to the extent permitted by law.
18. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Changes apply prospectively from the date the revised Terms are published, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
